What is Pinsa
Pinsa is an ancient Roman-style, oval-shaped pizza characterized by a highly hydrated (80% water) dough blend of wheat, rice, and soy flour, fermented for 48–72 hours. It is hand-pressed rather than stretched, resulting in a light, airy, and crispy-outside/soft-inside texture that is easier to digest than traditional pizza.
